For owners of service businesses

Stop being the bottleneck.

Every number, quote, and follow-up in one place. Answered in seconds.

Ownerkeel builds a private dashboard for your business, trained on your quotes, your margins, your leads, and the way you already run the work. Your crew can ask it questions. A WhatsApp agent logs the group chat and answers when someone types Jarvis.

The problem

The tools are scattered. You are the system.

Most service businesses don’t run from one place. The calendar is here. Quotes are somewhere else. Part prices live in a text, a spreadsheet, or the head of whoever called the supplier. The crew sorts the day in a group chat. The owner is the only person who can put that together.

Every answer waits on you.

A quote still takes ten or fifteen minutes: parts, labor, how far the job is, your margin. You’re writing it on the side of the road, for work that might not even get approved.

A new hire has nowhere to look.

They stand next to you and ask what to do, because the way the job is done was never written down. Training is whatever you remember between calls.

Follow-ups slip.

The warm job is in a thread from Tuesday. The reorder is a feeling that stock is low. When the day gets busy, the things that make next week’s money are the first to get dropped.

How it works

We learn the shop. Then we build the brain.

This is done for you. Not a login you share across the company, and not a script you have to maintain. We build it, then your team tunes it.

  1. 01

    Map your business

We sit with you and write how a quote is actually built, who gets a call back, where stock lives, how a crew gets sent, and how a new person is supposed to learn the job.

  2. 02

    Connect your systems

Quoting, suppliers, the calendar, spreadsheets, photos, and the WhatsApp thread your team already uses. This is built around your stack, not a fixed list of plugs. If a vendor has no connection we can use, we work from the exports and records you already keep.

  3. 03

    Train your brain

You get a private dashboard in your business’s name. People ask it questions in plain language. It answers from your books, not from a guess about a typical shop.

  4. 04

    Two weeks with your team

We don’t switch it on and leave. For about two weeks your people use it on real jobs and tell us when a quote is high, a follow-up picked the wrong person, or an answer doesn’t sound like your shop. We tighten it until it holds up. Then it becomes part of the day.

What it answers

Ask it the way you’d ask a sharp office manager.

Dashboard Q&A

Ask what the day looks like. How many quotes went out, what was approved, what’s still waiting, and the margin on each. One answer, from your own numbers.

Instant quotes

A quote on the side of the road still means parts, labor, and the drive. The dashboard drafts it from the same inputs you already use, in seconds, so you’re not rebuilding it from scratch between calls.

Follow-ups, in order

Who to call first, why this is the moment, and what to say, based on the conversation you already had with that customer. The warm jobs don’t sit at the bottom of a thread.

Suppliers and stock

Who you bought from, what you spent, what’s running low, and who to call before a crew shows up short.

New-hire training

Hand a new person the dashboard. They ask what you would have been asked: what we do on this job, what we don’t, how we price it. It answers the way you run the shop, because that’s what it was trained on.

WhatsApp agent

A lot of shops already run the day in a group chat. Voice notes, photos, and messages can be logged. When someone types Jarvis and a question, the answer comes back in the thread. Once a day, a recap of what needs a person.

Trades

Built for shops that quote the work and send the people.

  • Auto shops
  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Roofing
  • Drywall
  • Real estate

And shops like them. If the work is a quote, a person on the way, and a customer who needs a call back, it fits. The demo is an auto shop. Yours is built on your trade.

Questions

Before you book a demo.

Where does our data go?

The dashboard is private to your business. It answers from the records we train it on — your quotes, jobs, suppliers, and notes — not from a public chatbot, and not from another shop’s books. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it to train a model for anyone else. Who can log in, where it is hosted, and how long records are kept are written into the agreement before any work starts.

What systems does it connect to?

Whatever already holds the real numbers: quoting tools, supplier accounts, calendars, spreadsheets, photos, and WhatsApp. This is a custom build, not a menu of plugs. On the demo we map what you use and connect the ones that matter. Where a vendor has no connection we can use, we work from the exports and records your team already keeps.

How long does it take?

We build it around your shop, then spend about two weeks with your team tuning it on real jobs: quotes that are too high or too low, follow-ups that picked the wrong person, answers that don’t sound like you. It goes into the day-to-day once those answers hold up.

Which AI models does it use?

Whichever current model answers your kind of questions accurately. You aren’t locked to one vendor. We choose during the build, and it can be changed later if a better fit shows up. Either way, the dashboard answers from your books.

Who owns it, and what does it cost?

You get a system built for your business, under your name. The project is a one-time fee, not a monthly seat license. That fee covers the build and the tuning period with your team. The agreement, signed before we start, spells out what you own, where it is hosted, and any ongoing cost for hosting or model use. We’ll talk through the number on the demo. It depends on the shop. There isn’t a price on this site because we won’t invent one.

Is this a template I log into?

No. Each system is built for one business. The live demo is a sample auto shop, Ridgeline Auto Co., so you can click through the idea. Yours uses your name and your books.

If the shop waits on you, let’s look at the work.

Book a demo. We’ll talk through how you quote, how you follow up, and how a new person learns the job — and whether a private brain is the right fix.
